1. To crew or not to crew.
Your first decision is whether to pamper yourself cruising on a fully crewed hotel barge or to take the more adventuresome route of piloting your own boat (a self-drive barge).

2. Narrow the selection.
Since we represent such a large number of barges, both crewed and not, your next step in booking a vacation will be to narrow the selection of barges. Use the navigation buttons on the left hand-side of the website. We provide a variety of ways in which to do this. You can search our barges by the region in which they cruise, their passenger capacity, their class distinction or by themed cruises offered by certain hotel barges.

If you just want to browse, you can click on the “All Boats” button. If you know the name of a particular barge, you can immediately see the information on a single barge using the “Boat Name” button to see a list.

3. Have us check the availability.
Use the “Availability” section of the website to send us your travel dates, how many passengers in your travel group and the barge or barges in which you are interested. If you prefer, call us at 1-888-550-8580. We'll notify you as soon as possible as to which boat or boats are available.

4. Put your boat on hold.
Once we have located your preferred boat, we'll be able to put a hold on that boat for a period of one week while you finalize your travel plans.

5. Confirm your hold.
Anytime during your week hold, confirm the reservation by putting the required deposit down using a check or credit card. Deposit and further payment requirements will vary by vessel.
